TalkFitly (the "App") is operated by COCORISE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (collectively "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the TalkFitly mobile application or visit talkfit.tinswin.cn (the "Service").

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple-issued user identifier and, optionally, the email and name you choose to share. We do not receive your Apple ID password.

- Device model, OS version, language settings, time zone;设备型号、操作系统版本、语言设置、时区；
- App version, crash logs, anonymized performance metrics;App 版本、崩溃日志、匿名性能指标；
- IP address (used solely for security, fraud prevention, and regional content delivery — not stored long-term in identifiable form).IP 地址（仅用于安全防护、防欺诈、区域内容分发——不以可识别身份的形式长期存储）。

When you purchase a subscription, Apple shares a transaction receipt with us to verify entitlement (product ID, original transaction ID, purchase and expiration dates). We do not receive your payment method or billing address.
当你购买订阅时，Apple 会向我们提供一份交易凭证用于校验权益（产品 ID、原始交易 ID、购买与到期日期）。我们不会收到你的支付方式或账单地址。

- Provide the Service: save your progress, sync across devices, display statistics, generate daily training sets.提供服务：保存训练进度、跨设备同步、展示统计数据、生成每日训练。
- AI Scoring: when you submit a free-text answer, we send the text (without your identity) to a third-party language model (OpenAI) to generate a score and feedback.AI 打分：当你提交自由文本作答时，我们将文本（不包含你的身份信息）发送至第三方语言模型（OpenAI）以生成评分和反馈。
- Customer Support: respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.客户支持：回应你的咨询并解决问题。

4. Third-Party Services4. 第三方服务
We share limited data with the following processors, only as needed to deliver the Service:

We retain your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes, typically up to 7 years in anonymized form).

TalkFitly is not directed at children under 13 years old (or under 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
TalkFitly 不面向 13 岁以下（部分司法辖区为 16 岁以下）的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了个人数据，请联系我们，我们将立即删除。

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
