These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TalkFitly mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by COCORISE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Local prices in other currencies are set by Apple's App Store pricing matrix and may vary. The price shown at the point of purchase is binding.

7.2 Auto-Renewal7.2 自动续订
- Subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.月度和年度订阅会在每个订阅周期结束时自动续订，除非你在续订日期前至少 24 小时取消。
- Your iTunes/Apple Account will be charged at the then-current price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.在当前周期结束前 24 小时内，Apple 将按当时价格向你的 iTunes/Apple 账号扣款。

7.3 Free Trial7.3 免费试用
The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged the Yearly subscription price. Unused free trial time is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

7.4 Refunds7.4 退款
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COCORISE LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
